About the Role

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our customers and patients. You will be responsible for leading and developing our pharmacy team, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and care to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and Private services to our customers
  • Provide healthcare advice and support to customers, including those at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing colleagues
  • Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items
Requirements
  • Pharmacy Degree
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
  • DBS check (organised by us) before employment
