Youth Development Worker

We are seeking a Youth Development Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd in Bexhill-On-Sea. In this exciting role, you will work with young people with special educational needs, supporting their personal and social development.
The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and passionate about helping children with SEN. This role is ideal if you aspire to gain experience in the field or have career goals to become a Youth Worker, Probation/Prison Officer, Psychologist, Therapist, or SEN Teacher.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.

Requirements:
