We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Reward Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Payroll and Reward function at a strategic level, implementing best practices, and leading process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Payroll and Reward strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead a large team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Manage high-volume payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Drive process improvements and initiatives to enhance the Payroll and Reward function, leveraging data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery, ensuring a customer-focused and high-performing culture.
- Stay up-to-date with complex payroll, pension, and reward legislation, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice to the team.
- CIPP qualification or relevant experience in payroll and reward management.
- Proven experience in process improvement initiatives, with a track record of delivering results.
- Expertise in complex ERP and payroll solutions, with the ability to work well with stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.
