Facilities Management Director

Unify is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. As a key player in our Facilities Management sector, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring client satisfaction.
About the Job:
Job Description:You will work closely with the Account Director to ensure the smooth running of daily activities on the contract. This includes liaising with clients, resolving issues, and meeting their requirements.
You will also be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing the onboarding of new staff, and managing recruitment. Additionally, you will plan and organize daily activities for project managers to ensure steady progression of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and ensure client satisfaction
- Liaise with clients to resolve issues and meet their requirements
- Manage budgets for all aspects of the contract
- Oversee the onboarding of new staff and manage recruitment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing contracts
- Knowledge of P&L and financial management
- Experience in leading large teams
- Problem-solving skills
- A background in engineering (M+E desirable)
- Previous experience in Facilities Management Hard Services
- Full UK driving license
