Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth in the FMCG Grocery sector. As a key member of our operational Board, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan that delivers results and exceeds targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of our commercial strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales leadership and commercial success in the FMCG Grocery sector
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute a sales plan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Experience of managing and motivating high-performing sales teams
- Ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
