Job Title: Retail Van Sales Professional

Location: Birmingham / West Midlands

Package: £28,000 Base Salary, bonus, OTE (uncapped) and Tax Efficient Company Car

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

The Retail Van Sales Professional will be selling vans in the Birmingham / West Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on the most suitable vehicle options.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest commercial vehicle models and industry trends.
  • Negotiate sales and close deals while upholding the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service, parts, and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to expand the dealership's market presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a variety of customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Full UK driving license.
