Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Retirement Housing Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality support and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain records and databases related to retirement housing
  • Process and manage customer requests and complaints
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote independent living and safety

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. administration, social care)
  • Proven experience in administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
