Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of our commercial strategy and strategic plans, working closely with the Agriculture team.
  • Participate in idea generation and development of commercial offerings to sugar beet growers.
  • Responsible for LimeX sales, working with your team to meet agreed targets.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of the wider agricultural industry, with the ability to adapt your style and approach.
  • Leadership and management experience, with a track record of working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and perspective, with the ability to contribute to the development of our commercial strategy.
  • Open-minded and willing to embrace change, with a solution-led approach to your work.
  • Excellent relationship builder, with the ability to work effectively with growers and industry partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft's suite of tools, with a strong understanding of how to use them to drive business success.

  • A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
