Electrical Director Job
A major engineering company based in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Electrical Director to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in electrical engineering, and a strong understanding of Building Services Engineering. With a salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, this position offers excellent compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, chartered status, and excellent technical knowledge in electrical systems.

About the Role
  1. The Electrical Director will be responsible for leading the electrical engineering team, developing strategic concepts, and ensuring solid technical delivery.
  2. The successful candidate will also be financially astute, able to work with the team leader to monitor fee expenditure, resources, and work delivered.
Requirements
  1. A relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  2. Chartered status and excellent technical knowledge in Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design.
  3. An in-depth understanding of modern technical delivery methods, particularly in relation to BIM.
