We are seeking a highly skilled Go-To-Market Manager to join our team at Blue Square. As a key member of our retail and contact centre team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering retail and contact centre go-to-market plans for product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution across all applicable channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive retail execution and ensure excellence in all channels.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in go-to-market planning and execution, preferably in a retail or contact centre environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
