We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates, based in Ibstock.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Level 3 qualified Residential Childcare professional to support the high-quality care and education for young people with Social, Emotional, Behavioural Difficulties and Learning Disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage shifts and make decisions in the absence of the leadership team to support junior members of staff
  • Work shift patterns that include weekends, earlies, lates, and potential long days

What you need

To be successful in this role, you will have a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare, access to a full UK driving licence and vehicle due to the location of the service.
