Job Title: Multi Skilled Electrical Night Shift Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Benvic Dugdale LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Carry out repairs and adjustments to machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong practical and legal knowledge of mechanical engineering and maintenance.
  • Qualified electrician with Level 3 electrical engineering qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of extrusion, mixing, and blending machines is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and apply Planned Preventative and Total Productive Maintenance techniques.
