About the Role:
BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Combat Systems Supportability Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Combat Systems Supportability Team, you will be responsible for leading the AR&M engineering team and providing technical guidance. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the effective delivery of AR&M services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the AR&M engineering team and provide technical guidance
- Evaluate and sign-off the impact of engineering changes on support deliverables for systems and equipment
- Maintain records within the Support Engineering department and facilitate ILS activities
- Produce the full range of AR&M deliverables, including AR&M Cases and Case Reports
About the Team:
You will join a dynamic team of 13 individuals based across our sites at Brough, Filton, and Barrow. Our team completes its own AR&M analysis and produces reports and calculations to ensure availability targets are met for submarine systems. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with stakeholders from the MOD, Dreadnought Alliance system owners/designers, and external suppliers.
About the Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company-contributed Share Incentive Plan.
