We are seeking a clinical pharmacist to join our team in London hospitals, providing cover for medical and surgical wards. As a clinical pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clinical pharmacy services to medical and surgical wards
  • Ensuring the safe and effective use of medications
  • Working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participating in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience working in a hospital setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
