CRO Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRO Manager to join our team at Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment. As a CRO Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making and conversion rate optimisation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and data analysis. You will be responsible for setting the roadmap and managing testing, identifying problems with conversion rates, creating test hypotheses to address issues identified, analysing and evaluating experiments, and prioritising insights and testing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy to drive business growth
  • Conduct thorough analysis of conversion rates and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and execute A/B tests to measure the impact of changes on conversion rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement test results and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO and data analysis
Requirements
  • Proven experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and data analysis
