Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licenced Conveyancer to join our team at Proactive Personnel Ltd. As a Licenced Conveyancer, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of residential conveyancing and property work, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.

• Undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing and property work, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
• Prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines.
• Handle your own caseload of conveyancing matters.
• Network and build relationships with referrers.
• Experience of commercial property as well as residential property is an advantage.

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
