Warehouse Operative Job Description

At REED Specialist Recruitment, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team in Dromore. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching orders efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing orders to meet customer deadlines
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Assisting with service and maintenance work
Upholding legal compliance, maintenance, and safety standards for all Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

Requirements:
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain enthusiasm to achieve targets and objectives
A customer service-oriented approach with a keen focus on delivering excellent service
High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
At least 6 months of experience in a busy warehouse environment
Manual Handling skills
A Bendi Licence is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate
