Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Casino Cashier to join our team at Genting Casinos. As a Casino Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions, including cashing out and depositing funds
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Operate a cash handling system, accurately processing transactions and maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cash handling role, preferably in a casino or gaming environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- DBS checked and personal functional license (PFL) holder preferred
