Job Title: Specialist Orthodontist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Orthodontist to join our team at Colchester Orthodontic Centre. As a Specialist Orthodontist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality private and NHS orthodontic treatment to our patients.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional patient care with honesty, integrity, and in line with GDC standards
  • Work closely with the Principal to develop and support practice growth plans
  • Represent the practice ethos, values, and culture and maintain professionalism and reputation
  • Ensure compliance with General Dental Council guidance, CQC, and HTM 01-05 requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-standard private and NHS orthodontic treatment
  • Build a significant private patient list
  • Work alongside the Principal and admin staff to develop and support team development
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the practice
Requirements
  • GDC registered orthodontic specialist
  • An active performer number
  • Strong teamwork skills with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for continuous learning and development
