We are seeking an experienced UPS Service Engineer to join our dynamic team, working from the comfort of their own home and providing on-site support to customers across the UK.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a world leader in Smart power, systems, and robotics. As a UPS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve customer operations and eliminating pain points, performing field service tasks, and analyzing technical issues through remote or on-site activity.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert solutions, preparing material lists for repairs and upgrades, and ensuring that all necessary materials, parts, and equipment are available and of high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Working with customers to identify areas for improvement and eliminate pain points.
  2. Performing field service tasks, including identifying technical issues and analyzing data.
  3. Preparing material lists for repairs and upgrades, and sourcing high-quality equipment and parts.
Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant electronic qualification, preferably with experience in power electronics.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a field engineer on UPS systems or similar electronic systems.
  • Experience working on high-powered UPS systems and with large data centre customers.
  • A valid driving license in the UK.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience.
