About the Role

As a skilled Bartender at Soho House & Co, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our members and guests. With a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service, you will be the face of our bars, crafting bespoke cocktails and providing a warm welcome to all who pass through our doors.

Responsibilities

1. Serve a wide range of premium beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
2. Prepare and present food and snacks when required
3. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
4. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for all members and guests
5. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional events and experiences
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest mixology trends and techniques, contributing to the development of new cocktails and menu items

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a high-profile bar or similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for mixology and customer service

Working Hours

Varying shift times across seven days, including evenings, weekends, and opens & closes. Average hours 32-45 per week.

Location

Approximately 30 minutes from Bath, 50 minutes from Bristol, and 10 minutes from Frome.
