Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Program Manager to join our team at Nationalmuseums. As a key member of our Commercial Development team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of commercial programs that drive revenue growth and enhance our audience engagement.

Key Objectives
  1. Develop and deliver a comprehensive Adult Learning Programme, working closely with the Head of Commercial Development to create multi-week, single and multi-day courses that meet the needs of our diverse audience.
  2. Boost income from our existing selling fairs and develop and programme 1-2 additional selling fairs per year, leveraging your expertise to drive sales and revenue growth.
  3. Design and deliver a programme of ticketed tours, both at the Museum and in the local area, to attract new audiences and increase revenue.
  4. Develop and deliver a regular Museum lates programme, offering a unique and engaging experience for our visitors.
  5. Collaborate with the Head of Communications team to devise a marketing strategy that increases audiences for our commercial programs, leveraging your knowledge of our audience and market trends.
  6. Work with the Communications team to develop processes for recording and editing elements of our commercial programming, ensuring that our content reaches a global audience.
  7. Develop our role within our diverse local community, building relationships and partnerships that drive engagement and revenue growth.
  8. Act as an advocate for the Museum's vision, brand and manifesto, ensuring that our commercial programs align with our strategic objectives.
