We are looking for a skilled Trainer to manage a caseload of Apprenticeship Trainees, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to Apprenticeship Trainees
  • Provide one-to-one support and guidance to Trainees
  • Monitor and evaluate Trainee progress
  • Collaborate with other Trainers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training programs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Trainer in a relevant area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
