Job Summary:

Premier Recruitment Group is seeking experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners or Solicitors to join a prestigious conveyancing law firm with a strong presence in the Dartford and Maidstone areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process, maintaining open and transparent communication.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct property searches and handle Land Registry applications, staying up-to-date with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records, utilizing case management software and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor within the conveyancing sector, with a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures, regulations, and documentation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
