Job Title: Graduate Internal Sales Engineer

Verto People is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Internal Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Graduate Internal Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing tenders, and providing day-to-day customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer questions and handle sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage tenders, technical queries, and specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional day-to-day customer support, resolving technical issues and advising customers on available options.
  • Sell a range of fluid handling equipment, including valves, fittings, regulators, hoses, filters, instrumentation, and measurement devices.
  • Build relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments, including the external sales team and the manufacturing team, to ensure seamless communication.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers across the UK, providing a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
  • Hold an HNC, HND, or Degree Qualified in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • Must hold a Full UK Driving license and be commutable to our offices located near Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas.
  • Any experience in customer service, sales advisor, sales, business development, etc. would be beneficial.
