About the Role:

Six Nations Rugby is seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our Digital Products team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering our Fantasy and Gamification vision and strategy, working closely with the Head of Digital Products and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate the roadmap for Fantasy and Gamification products, owning and managing a backlog of product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Insights, Commercial, Media, and Content teams to drive product development.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, QAs, and technology providers to bring plans to life, advocating for the work and its importance.
  • Prioritize product quality and stability, planning for and mitigating risks during the product build phase and throughout its lifecycle.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and enhance the Six Nations fan experience, leveraging new technologies to drive audience growth and monetization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience delivering consumer-facing products in an equivalent role, using agile methodologies.
  • Experience working within a development team or closely with a product development agency.
  • Ability to learn quickly and interpret information to inform product development.
  • Proactive in offering improvements or suggestions to positively influence the user experience or product development process.
  • Problem-solving skills and experience of playing Fantasy games/products is essential.

Language: English (not required but beneficial to have French or Italian skills).
