Role Overview
Sennen Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to fill the position of Child Mentor. This role requires someone with a passion for supporting children or individuals with challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young people who have experienced Childhood Trauma.

The successful applicant will be responsible for making a positive difference in the lives of these individuals, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs. This may involve outreach work, developing strategies to engage learners, and building trusting relationships with them.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have previous experience working with challenging behaviours, either from a classroom environment or a Care and Support Background. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the learning support team are essential. A satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will also be required.
