Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our dynamic Partnership team in Todmorden. As a key member of our Refurbishment business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving high levels of satisfaction across social housing refurbishment contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the workload across planned maintenance programmes, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office to track progress, analyze data, and inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Senior Resident Liaison Officer to align with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
