Law Firm Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Legal Secretary to support the Corporate team in Leeds.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial assistance to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with fee earners to manage and prioritise workloads effectively
- Accurately produce a variety of documents, including both copy and audio typing
- Manage diaries, scheduling meetings, and keeping track of fee earners' commitments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence with a high level of professionalism
- Communicate directly with clients, taking instructions and maintaining comprehensive client records
- Assist with billing and the preparation of legal documents, following established precedents
- Prepare legal forms, ensuring all deadlines are met and time is recorded efficiently
- Open and manage new client files, ensuring full compliance with anti-money laundering regulations
- Maintain an organised and efficient filing system for fast and accurate information retrieval
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum
