Clinical Services Director

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Service Manager to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Clinical Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective clinical practices and leadership in care delivery.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical and therapeutic care.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the hospital's strategy as part of the Senior Management team.
- Provide operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group in support of the Hospital Manager.
- A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD trained) with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
- NMC registration.
- Proven track record in leading teams and senior practice-based work.
- Skilled in interpreting and analysing complex information and managing challenging situations.
- Experience collaborating with statutory and voluntary agencies.
- Expertise in setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards for high-quality care.
- Competent in preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
- Ability to drive change in practice, culture, and outcomes across professional boundaries.
- Experience in establishing therapeutic boundaries with high-risk patients requiring advanced interventions.
- Preferably experienced in working within acute and/or PICU settings.
- Proficient in working with partner organisations, commissioners, and external stakeholders.
- Strong ability to inspire and motivate others using advanced communication and presentation skills.
