Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

We're seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Insights Director to join our Marketing Sciences team. As a key member of our team, you will play a strategic leadership role in driving the direction of day-to-day work on client accounts and continuing our growth trajectory through new business pitches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client accounts by helping to answer complex strategic questions using data and showcasing an expert understanding of how to deliver personalization at scale.
  • Ensure both the voice of the customer and CFO are represented in the room with hard evidence.
  • Drive continuous data analytics pipeline on clients.
  • Network and build relationships with peers at sister agencies.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the vision for a data-driven organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or Social Sciences with heavy emphasis on quantitative methods; Master's degree or PHD is a plus.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, customer experience insights, performance optimization, ideally in a marketing agency or management consulting practice.
  • Strong knowledge of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data.
  • Confident, conscientious, self-starter, good work ethic, and capable of building good working relationships with clients and other team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an agile and fast environment.
