We are a leading vendor specialising in ERP and FP&A solutions, empowering organisations to achieve their goals through innovative software solutions. Our team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join us in delivering exceptional results to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals with a passion for project management and ERP technology. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning and execution of solution implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
  • Solution Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment of priorities, and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them effectively.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transition to the new solution.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure delivered solutions meet established standards of functionality, reliability, and performance.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a Project Manager delivering ERP/FP&A solutions or similar software implementations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and related technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project scope.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are desirable.
