About the Role

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the heart of our retail store, welcoming customers with a friendly smile and inspiring them to read, learn, create, or play. You'll be responsible for managing deliveries, pricing, and merchandising products, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Manage deliveries, pricing, and merchandising products to meet sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inclusive store environment
