We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment with a leading digital transformation and IT consultancy company.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and effectively communicating project requirements to all stakeholders. You will also develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standard.
  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and effectively communicating project requirements to all stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identifying, analysing, and managing project risks and issues, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and stakeholder expectations are aligned.
  • Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and reporting project status to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role in the IT/IS industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and interact with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and technology infrastructure.
  • PMP certification or other relevant certifications are preferred.
