We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team in a Year 3 teacher position. As a qualified Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons to Year 3 students, promoting their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute daily lesson plans that reflect the school's curriculum and cater to the individual learning needs of Year 3 students.
• Establish a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment for Year 3 students, embracing diversity and promoting inclusivity.
• Develop a classroom environment that is safe, respectful, and welcoming, fostering a love of learning among students.
• Engage with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and other concerns, maintaining open communication channels.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create an exceptional education experience for Year 3 students, sharing best practices and expertise.
• Maintain regular communication with the school leadership team, providing updates on lesson plans, assessments, and student progress.

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, or PGCE, along with a strong academic record.
  • Experience in teaching in a primary school setting.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree in education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents/carers, and staff.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience teaching Year 3 students.
  • A thorough knowledge of the early years curriculum, coupled with the ability to plan, deliver, and assess effective lessons.
  • Ability to create and maintain a warm and stimulating learning environment that fosters a love of learning.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
