Job Title: Multi Trader
Location: Eastleigh
Hourly Rate: £24 per hour
Salary: £36,600 + benefits
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Job Description:As a Multi Trader, you will perform maintenance duties within the social housing sector and represent your employer professionally. Tasks include all aspects of carpentry repairs and replacements of sinks, water tanks, and kitchens. In addition to carpentry, you will have associated skills and experience in basic plumbing, tiling, painting/decorating, and patch plastering repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance duties within the social housing sector
- Represent your employer professionally
- Carry out carpentry repairs and replacements
- Conduct basic plumbing, tiling, painting/decorating, and patch plastering repairs
- Experience in residential properties
- Good social skills
- Good customer service
- DBS check (We supply)
- Driver's License
- Qualifications
