Job Title: Home Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as showering, bathing, and dressing.
  • Prepare light meals and snacks for our clients.
  • Assist with household chores and light cleaning.
  • Support our clients in their daily activities and outings.
  • Communicate effectively with our clients and their loved ones to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • You must have a full driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • You must be punctual and reliable to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.
  • You must be a caring and friendly individual who is comfortable working in a home environment.
