Management Accountant with Business Acumen

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance Team, who will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support the Finance Director and management team. This includes preparing monthly management accounts, budgeting, month-end journals, prepayments, forecasting, cost analysis, and other ad-hoc support tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and business analysis, with a minimum of five years' experience. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified or Part Qualified - CIMA/ACCA/ACA - possibly AAT
- Minimum five years' Accounting experience
- Knowledge of management accounting, financial analysis, payroll, and managing stakeholder relationships
About the Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of **£40,000-£45,000 per annum**, plus study support and benefits package.
