Job Opportunity: Newly Qualified Solicitor – Dispute Resolution (Family Law)

Location: Guildford

Overview:

We are working with an award-winning Legal 100 firm with offices across the South East to recruit a qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join its Dispute Resolution Family Group in Guildford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a recognised family law team, handling a diverse range of cases including divorce, financial disputes, and child custody matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with divorce, matrimonial finance disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, and Children Act matters
  • Strong technical knowledge of family law and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal information clearly
  • Ability to manage your own caseload under supervision and meet fee targets
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Client-focused with strong client relationship management abilities
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to supporting Associates and Partners
