Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility at Highland Spring Group.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks on our production lines, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and performing regular inspections to identify potential problems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting site operations to meet KPIs and annual targets
  • Leading improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and performing necessary repairs
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role
  • Electrically biased with mechanical experience preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
  • Fault-finding skills
  • A Full UK Driving licence or the ability to commute to site as per the shift patterns

Working Arrangements

This role involves working day and night shifts on a 4-day on, 4-day off, 4-nights on, 4-nights off basis. The salary for this role is £44,034 per annum plus benefits.
