Job Description

As a key member of the Bright Horizons UK leadership team, the Work and Family Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's Work and Family strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Work and Family strategy, aligned with the company's overall business objectives

  • Develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their employees
  • Lead the Work and Family team in a complex business environment, leveraging best practices from the wider operating environment as well as the US and International Bright Horizons teams
  • Manage and improve the commercial performance of Bright Horizons as a whole

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in employee benefits and corporate services, with a proven record of success within a relevant sector organisation
  • Experience working in a senior operations and growth leadership role
  • Proven experience of increasing revenue and portfolio
  • Experience of leading and developing high performing teams, with a successful track record of delivering commercial targets, innovation and service excellence
