Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Spa Attendant to join our team. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with their spa journey and provide a delightful experience
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of spa facilities
  • Report any maintenance concerns to ensure prompt resolution
  • Ensure the efficient operation of locker room facilities
  • Manage towels and linen inventory, restock, and identify unsuitable items
  • Perform regular pool tests
  • Delight guests with your charm and elegance

Requirements

The ideal Spa Attendant will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar 5-star environment
  • Good time management and presentation skills
  • A conscientious attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
  • Good conversational English
  • Flexibility to work different shift patterns
