Key Tasks:

  • Foster effective communication with the Sales Executive team through various channels\
  • Co-ordinate and schedule renewal deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed promptly\
  • Handle invoicing duties for both new and used vehicles, following established procedures\
  • Generate purchase orders for routine maintenance tasks\
  • Address customer queries in a timely manner, providing solutions and support\
  • Update inventory data on the company's computer system, maintaining precision\
  • Arrange for efficient vehicle delivery, working collaboratively with drivers and delivery agents\
  • Collaborate with dealers and customers to ensure timely payment processing\
  • Maintain comprehensive records of stock levels, preventing discrepancies\
  • Guarantee that all relevant documentation is accurately logged within the system, meeting deadlines\
