Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Jark - Worcester. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process new orders and manage customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take card payments and follow up on sales leads/new customer enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and deal with all customer service issues as required
  • Chase late deliveries and deal with any order discrepancies
  • Liaise with the accounts department to rectify outstanding account queries
  • Raise paperwork on returned items and provide general administrative support as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in administrative software and systems
