Job Description

Ambitious Electrical Field Service Engineer Sought in the North of England

Potential Salary: £55,000 - £40,000 plus Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrical field service engineer to join a reputable manufacturer of fan and smoke extraction systems based in Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for travelling around the UK, visiting clients, and providing planned maintenance services. The role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work with PLCs, motor control circuits, and inverters.

  • You will have 18th edition certification and a professional manner.
  • You will understand PLCs, including IDEC and Allen Bradley.
  • You will have knowledge of motor control circuits and inverters.
  • You will have an understanding of control panels and schematics.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with fan extraction or smoke extraction systems, but full training will be provided on the company's bespoke equipment.

Benefits Package

The successful electrical field service engineer will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary of up to £40,000, a vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, and corporate credit card for expenses.

You will also receive a tax-free overnight allowance of £50, additional benefits include a bonus scheme, pension contributions, flexible working, and a fully funded vehicle for personal use.
