Technical Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Material Handling Equipment Specialist to join our team at SER Limited. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to ensure effective communication on technical queries, product updates, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate availability and maintain engineer van stock for high first-fix rates
- Handle warranty claims efficiently
- Ensure parts manuals are updated and accessible for engineers, sales, and customers
- Ability to read parts manuals and identify necessary items
- Prepared to take on a fresh challenge and contribute to establishing efficient systems and processes
Requirements:
- Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical field would be beneficial
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Starting salary of up to £40,000
