Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at Enlighten Supply Pool Ltd. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor students in a classroom setting, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supervise students during lessons, ensuring they remain on task and engaged.
- Provide support to teachers, helping to maintain a smooth and efficient learning process.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials and maintaining records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for education.
