Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our team at Montgomery Advisory in London. As a key member of our Commercial Litigation team, you will play a critical role in resolving high-risk litigation, international arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a highly regarded law firm, with a strong background in corporate/commercial litigation. You will have excellent academic credentials, strong litigation experience, and exceptional communication skills. You will also have the ability to demonstrate a strong ability to draft and advise in relation to complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-profile litigation cases, including international arbitration and regulatory investigations.
- Supervise and support junior colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex disputes and achieve successful outcomes.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a highly regarded law firm.
- Strong background in corporate/commercial litigation, with experience in financial services litigation, white-collar crime, and civil fraud.
- Excellent academic credentials, including a strong academic record and relevant professional qualifications.
- Strong litigation experience, with a proven track record of success in high-profile cases.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to draft and advise in relation to complex transactions.
