Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering an industry-leading range of products to our store and online customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Commercial Product Range across all categories
  • Create Product Plans for Majestic Commercial, including Commercial exclusives and potential Agency agreements
  • Negotiate Commercial specific lines directly with suppliers as appropriate
  • Be the primary product contact for the Commercial team to handle all product and support requests for customers
  • Work collaboratively with the Commercial Store teams to maximise range performance - source unique products as defined
  • Deliver the product requirements for all commercial tender opportunities
  • Deliver the Financial KPI's set out by the business

Requirements:

  • Experience Buying/selling Wine for the On-Trade Industry
  • Able and willing to undertake international travel
  • Highly numerate and able to process complex commercial scenarios quickly
  • Empathetic and flexible in style- able to accommodate differing styles and attitudes and adjust approach
