Care Home Registered Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide hands-on care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential health concerns.
- Current NMC registration and a good understanding of up-to-date clinical practices.
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
